SAT math prep that teaches the method

SAT math isn't hard math — it's familiar math asked in unfamiliar ways, under time pressure. The students who improve aren't the ones who grind 1,000 answers with an answer key; they're the ones who learn to recognize the question type and the two or three moves that crack it.

Paste in any practice problem below — from the Blue Book, a prep book, or a practice test you already took. The tutor walks you through the recognition step ("what is this question really testing?"), then the solve, one hint at a time. Miss a question on a practice test? This is the fastest way to actually learn from it instead of just reading the explanation and forgetting it.

The tutoring is free — no account, no card. Create a free account and the tutor remembers you between sessions.

What we can work on together

What a session looks like

Paste in a system-of-equations word problem you missed. The tutor asks what quantities are unknown, has you name variables, then translate each sentence into an equation — the exact skill the SAT tests. You solve the system with nudges, and the final writeup shows the fast path so next time you see the pattern in seconds.

That's the house rule: the tutor never just gives the answer. It teaches — one hint at a time — because that's the only version of "help" that shows up on test day.
